Each customer is assigned a dedicated customer service representative to handle all of the client's needs. Difficult, time-sensitive deliveries are how Atkinson built its impeccable reputation. Because we operate in a finite geographic area, we can quickly and easily customize our operations to suit your specific needs.

Atkinson takes great pride in providing expedited, same day or overnight service and truckload or multiple stop deliveries while maintaining an excellent On-Time record. At your request, all transactions can be electronic to include EDI order entry, shipment status, billing and payment. The Qualcomm satellite tracking and two way communication are fully integrated within our operations. We track every load In real time to maintain our superior delivery record.

Atkinson central load-planning uses our technology to match the optimal driver, tractor and trailer combination with every load. They are held directly accountable, as are all operations personnel, for 100% on-time pick-up and delivery.

Our fleet consists of 80 Atkinson new and late model tractors. We also own nearly 500, 53" by 102" dry van trailers and 30 refrigerator units. This ratio of power units to trailers creates a large trailer pool. We can drop trailers at both origin and destination for loading or unloading at your convenience without tying up driver time.

Maintaining this fleet is a top priority. Our Bensalem, PA terminal includes a full service maintenance shop. This location can handle everything from standard preventative maintenance to entire overhauls.
